J.R. Freethy Architect was responsible for design development in compliance with new prestige employment zoning for the conversion of a former 1941 defense construction industries coal fired power plant to a wood bio mass cogeneration plant. Coordination of site master planning, exterior design, site plan agreement and zoning approvals. (Working drawings and construction phase completed by NCube Architecture).
